Ingredients for Farali Cake
1. 200 Gms farali atta
2. 100 Gms butter (melted)
3. 100 Gms condensed milk (milkmaid)
4. 100 Ml Milk
5. 50 Gms powdered sugar
6. ½ Tsp baking soda
7. 1 Cup mixed dry-fruits (almond, cashews, raisins)
8. 2 Tbsp Tutti-frutti
9. 2 Tbsp cherries (chopped)
Ingredients for Garnish
1. Red Cherries
2. Cashews
3. Almond
4. Raisins
5. Tutti-Frutti
How to cook Farali Cake
1. Combine butter and condensed milk in a broad bowl, whisk properly till gets fluffy.
2. Add powdered sugar and farali flour, mix well.
3. Add mixed nuts, tutti-frutti and baking soda and mix together properly in a batter
4. Lastly add milk to get a smooth batter.
5. Grease a tin with butter paper and pour prepared batter in it gently and slowly.
6. Lastly top with cashews, almonds, raisins, cherries and tutti-frutti.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° C for 25-30 minutes.
Take out from oven and serve.
