Ingredients for Chocolate Orange Brownie
1. 115 Gms butter
2. 115 Gms castor sugar
3. 50 Gms milk maid
4. 100 Gms Flour
5. 50 Gms Coco powder
6. 8 Gms Baking powder
7. A pinch Orange zest
8. 100 Ml Milk
9. A pinch Nutmeg
10. ½ Tsp Choco essence
11. 50 Gms melted chocolate
12. Few Chocolate Chips (white & dark)
Ingredients for Garnish
1. 120 gms Chocolate chips
2. Leafs
3. Orange slice
4. Icing sugar
5. Sugar flowers
6. Chocolate truffle
How to prepare Chocolate Orange Brownie
1. Take both butter and sugar in a bowl and beat them until sugar gets dissolved. Then add condensed milk and mix it well.
2. Add orange zest in it for getting a strong flavour. On the other hand, sift flour and add coco powder, nutmeg powder, chocolate essence, milk and mix them slowly till the mixture gets light & fluffy.
3. Add melted chocolate in the batter and whisk it properly.
4. Pour the mix in the mould sprinkle some white and dark chocolate chips mix it well in the batter and bake it for 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
5. Use serving plate and garnish the plate with icing sugar on sides of the plates. Take the brownie on serving plate spread the truffle un-evenly on the brownie with the help of pallete knife.
Garnish it with orange slice, leafs and sugar flowers.
