Ingredients of Nimbu Pudina Sharbat

  1. 1 Cup Mint Leaves

  2. 1/2 tsp grated ginger

  3. 2 tbsp granulated white sugar

  4. Juice of 2 lemon

  5. 2 glasses of ice-cold water

How to Make Nimbu Pudina Sharbat

  1. Combine mint leaves, ginger and sugar. Blend in the grinder. We are not looking for a smooth paste but a coarse mixture. Add a tablespoon of water to make blending easier.

  2. In a large pitcher add lemon juice, mint mixture and 1 Cup of ice-cold water. Stir to mix.

  3. Taste and adjust the amount of sweetness accordingly. If required add more powdered sugar/syrup/honey.

  4. Add the remaining amount of water along with the ice-cubes.

  5. Garnish with lemon slices and serve Nimbu Pudina Sherbet chilled.

  6. You can keep it in the fridge and serve later as well.
