Ingredients for Green Chutney
1. ½ Cup Mint leaves (phudina) (chopped)
2. ½ Cup Coriander (dhania) (chopped)
3. 2 Tsp Lemon juice
4. A pinch sugar
5. 5 Piece green chillies ( chopped into pieces)
6. 3 Tsp Curd
7. Salt to taste
How to prepare Green Chutney
1. Combine coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, lemon juice, salt, curd, sugar and grind to a smooth paste in a blender using very little water if required and serve.
