Ingredients of Breakfast Smoothie
1 cup chopped ripe mango
1 medium-size banana, peeled and chopped
2 strawberries chopped
1 Cup low fat milk, chilled or 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk+1/2 Cup regular milk
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
How to Make Breakfast Smoothie
Chop all the fruits and keep them in the fridge in a ziplock bag for 30 minutes.
You can keep the fruits in the freezer overnight for the better results.
Frozen fruits make so much better smoothie specially during summers. But it is totally optional.
Place the fruits, milk, yogurt and honey in the blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into the serving glasses.
Enjoy Breakfast Smoothie chilled.
